Refund Policy for SellDo

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling services booked through the SellDo application (the "Service"). This policy applies to all users, including Customers, Providers, and Servicemen, and aims to ensure fairness and transparency in refund processes.
By booking a service through SellDo, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
1. General Cancellation Terms
- All cancellations must be made through the SellDo app. The time of cancellation will be recorded based on the SellDo system's timestamp.
- The applicability of cancellation fees and refund amounts depends on the type of user initiating the cancellation, the timing of the cancellation relative to the scheduled service time, and the specific service booked.
- SellDo reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date.
2. Cancellation by Customer
Customers can cancel a booked service, subject to the following conditions:

Free Cancellation Period:
- If a Customer cancels a service 1 minute or more before the scheduled service start time, no cancellation fee will be charged, and the Customer will receive a 100% refund of any prepaid amount.
- Example: "If a Customer cancels a service 24 hours or more before the scheduled service start time, no cancellation fee will be charged, and the Customer will receive a 100% refund of any prepaid amount."

Late Cancellation Period:
- If a Customer cancels a service within 24 hours but more than 2 hours of the scheduled service start time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost may be charged. Any prepaid amount will be refunded minus the cancellation fee.

No-Show / Very Late Cancellation:
- If a Customer cancels less than 2 hours before the scheduled service start time, or if the Serviceman arrives and the Customer is a no-show, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full service cost may be charged. No refund will be issued for any prepaid amounts.

Refund Processing for Customers:
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 3 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking. Actual receipt of funds may depend on your bank's processing times.
3. Cancellation by Provider or Serviceman
Providers or Servicemen may need to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Cancellation by SellDo
SellDo reserves the right to cancel any service booking under the following circumstances:
- Violation of Terms: If a Customer, Provider, or Serviceman is found to be in violation of SellDo's Terms & Conditions or Community Guidelines.
- Safety Concerns: If there are safety concerns for any party involved in the service.
- Technical Issues: Due to technical errors or issues with the platform.
- Force Majeure: Due to circumstances beyond SellDo's control (e.g., system outages, legal mandates).
- Unavailability: If a Provider or Serviceman becomes unexpectedly unavailable and no suitable replacement can be found.
In the event of a cancellation by SellDo, any prepaid amounts by the Customer will be 50% refunded.
5. Disputes and Refunds
- Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds should be directed to SellDo customer support.
- SellDo will review all cancellation disputes and make a final decision based on the evidence available and this policy.
